Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information and for safeguarding your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Axon is an AI-assisted workspace for organizing context, drafting documents, managing pipelines, and connecting to third-party services. Features may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion.

Some features require a paid subscription. Fees, billing frequency, and renewal terms are presented at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees and taxes.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party right.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service except as permitted by law.
• Use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful.
• Resell, sublicense, or use the Service to build a competing product.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights necessary to submit Your Content.

The Service uses third-party AI models to produce outputs based on your inputs. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purposes. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them, particularly for legal, financial, medical, or other consequential decisions.

The Service can connect to third-party services you authorize (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, DocuSign). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services and disclaim liability for their availability, accuracy, or actions.

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Cenizas Labs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information with the same degree of care it uses to protect its own, and to use it only for purposes contemplated by these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cenizas Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold Cenizas Labs harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cenizas Labs is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable law.
